Creator terms
These terms cover your creator account and collaborations on Chals Channel.
Who you are working with
Chals Channel is operated by Total Disruptive, S.L., NIF B56932940, C/ Manuel de Falla 29, Sat. 1, 08034 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: admin@chalsai.com.
Your account and profile
Creating a creator account is free. Verify your email with Google or an email code, keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate profile information. Only use an X profile you are authorised to manage. An invitation or our team's review connects your verified email to that profile; typing a public handle does not give access to its campaigns. Registration or inclusion in the directory does not guarantee offers.
You agree that Chals Channel may contact you about paid collaborations. You can ask us to stop future offer contacts or remove your profile by emailing us. How we use your information and handle privacy requests is explained in our privacy notice.
Offers and your agreement
Each offer shows the brand, format, fee, timing, brief and any draft review or embargo requirements. You can accept, decline or propose another price. A counteroffer requires the brand's approval before it becomes an agreed collaboration. Creating an account does not accept an offer. The agreed offer and brief define the work to deliver.
Chals Channel charges creators 0% platform commission. The brand pays the platform fee separately. Your agreed fee remains subject to any applicable tax or withholding and the invoice for your services.
Content, timing and draft review
A Boost amplifies the brand's post through the agreed quote, comment or repost. A Sponsored post is content you write; a Mixed campaign can include both. Check the format and publication time in each offer. If no draft review is required, accepting the offer confirms that you will publish at the agreed time under its conditions.
When draft review is required, submit before the deadline shown in your campaign. Up to two rounds of changes are included. Wait for the brand's approval before publishing. A rejected draft must not be published; if approval is missing at launch, the collaboration does not go live and its date must be moved or it must be cancelled. Reposts have no text of their own and are never reviewed.
Use only content and material you have the right to share. Respect the owners' rights in brand material and creator content. You remain responsible for lawful content and any advertising disclosure the law requires. Chals Channel never asks you to remove a required disclosure. After publishing, add the X post link to your campaign for verification. Contact us if you cannot deliver or meet the agreed timing.
Private material and embargoes
Your campaign contains a private brief and any material shared with you. Do not share private access links. If material is marked as under embargo, keep it confidential until the agreed launch time.
Invoices and payment
You do not need fiscal or bank details to register or respond to an offer. Before payment, provide accurate supplier and bank beneficiary details in Payments. Our team reviews the details, delivery and funding before initiating payment. An accepted offer or a card reservation from the brand is not a completed payment to you.
We pay by manual bank transfer on the agreed payment date. The usual monthly payment window is the 25th to the 30th, Europe/Madrid; in February it ends on the month's last day. Missing payment requirements keep an amount pending. Several accepted invoices for the same supplier may be paid together. Bank availability, settlement times and currency conversion depend on the destination. No Stripe account is required. This service is not an escrow or an independently held deposit for the creator.
Where agreed separately in Payments before the service, Total Disruptive, S.L. issues invoices in your name and on your behalf. You must explicitly accept each invoice and can download your copy. Accepting these creator terms, opening an account or accepting a campaign does not itself grant self-billing authorisation or accept an invoice. Your tax and withholding obligations still apply.
Responsible use, support and closure
Do not impersonate another creator, access another account, bypass security or upload unlawful material. The service may be restricted in response to misuse or security incidents. For support, profile correction, account closure or privacy requests, email admin@chalsai.com. You can request removal from the directory without opening an account or paying.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
