Email admin@chalsai.com. Include the action, the approximate time and a campaign reference if relevant. Do not send passwords, access tokens, card information or a private conversation transcript.

Connection and account links

Reconnect the connector if sign-in expires. For an expired account link, reopen the widget and click the account button again. A link is single-use and valid for five minutes. See the setup and troubleshooting guide.

Security

Report suspected unauthorized access or a vulnerability to the same address with “Security” in the subject. Describe the issue without sharing live credentials or exposing another person’s data.

Creator correction and removal

Email your public X handle and the change requested. No account or payment is required. We handle directory removals the same day.
