Operator and service
Chals Channel is operated by Total Disruptive, S.L., NIF B56932940, C/ Manuel de Falla 29, Sat. 1, 08034 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: admin@chalsai.com. The connector provides public creator research and a workspace for planning campaigns for business users.
Free access and planning
Connecting, searching creators, viewing profiles, comparing budgets and creating or editing your own campaign plans are free. No subscription or payment card is required for these functions. Keep your sign-in secure and use only an account and business information you are authorized to manage.
Plans and optional collaborations
The optional service plans are Free (€0/month plus 15% on creator spend), Growth (€199/month plus 10%) and Scale (€599/month plus 5%). A paid plan is not a condition for planning. Any applicable tax, billing period, final amount and terms of a paid order must be reviewed on the website before confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout; applicable tax is shown there before you confirm.
A saved campaign, shortlist or proposed offer does not send a message to a creator, confirm availability, establish a creator agreement or authorize payment. To commission a collaboration, use the account link and review the order outside the chat. Card details and confirmation are handled by Stripe Checkout; no Stripe account or extension is required.
Launch offer
For a limited time, each brand account pays no Chals Channel fee on its first €1,000 of creator spend paid through Stripe Checkout, on any plan. The offer applies to orders paid until 31 December 2026 at 23:59 (Madrid time); above that amount, the plan's fee applies. A payment page with the offer closes at that time at the latest, so pages opened in its last 30 minutes use the plan's fee. The amount is set aside when you open the payment page and used when the payment is confirmed; if the payment page expires, or a collaboration is refunded in full, that amount becomes available again. Creator prices, monthly plan fees and taxes are not affected. Chals Channel may end the offer early, or exclude an account, in case of abuse, such as splitting one brand across several accounts.
Coordination and refunds
Chals Channel coordinates with creators outside Claude. A public profile in the catalog is not a claim that a creator has a contract with Chals Channel. Recorded campaign statuses describe the information available at that time. If a creator declines or does not respond, the payment for that collaboration is refunded, including its platform fee and any tax actually charged. A changed offer requires a separate decision on the website. No connector tool charges, transfers, pays out or refunds money.
Responsible use
Do not access another account, attempt to bypass security or scrape private contacts. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate a brand or creator, or upload information you lack permission to use. Advertisers and creators remain responsible for lawful content and any required advertising disclosures; Chals Channel never asks for disclosures to be removed.
Public data and results
Public metrics can be incomplete or change. Rates are Chals Channel rates and are not a guarantee of a creator’s availability or acceptance. No particular reach, engagement or sales result is promised. Creator content and brands remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Support, closure and applicable law
For support, account closure or privacy requests, email us. The service may be restricted in response to misuse or security incidents. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply.
