Connect the right Chals Channel endpoint
Use the manual ChatGPT connection described on the setup page. It supports the campaign workflow and is separate from the public directory submission. Availability of custom connections depends on your account and workspace permissions. After authorization, select Chals Channel in the conversation before asking it to search.
Ask for evidence, not a generic top-ten list
Specify what the creator should be able to explain about your product. Ask ChatGPT to compare expertise, the linked work, sample date, followers, median views and format rates. Have it state why a profile might be excluded. It should not infer audience demographics or current posting activity from saved catalog data.
Review the plan and its economics
Ask for a creator-spend ceiling and a mix of quotes, comments and reposts for a Boost. Compare an alternative with fewer creators or different formats. Account-specific fees and taxes appear before payment. A draft campaign remains a draft until the booking is reviewed and confirmed through the secure website.
